J.D. Meier over at Sources of Insight has been putting out some great posts for the last few weeks. I really enjoyed his take on what to do when a Colleague Won’t Help, as well as Balancing Your Needs and Responding to Requests. The Nature vs. Nature debate is also one of the most interesting things J.D. has touched on.

Vered at MomGrind is always so real. She cements that reputation again with a post on Women Who Say No to Photoshopping. As a woman who’s been enjoying wearing less makeup for the last few weeks, I really appreciated this, as well as all the women who are proud to show who they really are.
